Incoming Inspection Checklist for Automotive Film Distributors

Verify documents and quantity Match purchase order, packing list, carton count, model codes, roll dimensions and shipping marks before opening stock for distribution.

Inspect packaging and rolls Check cartons, end caps, bags, cores and labels for damage or moisture. Record batch references and isolate any cartons affected during transport.

Compare product appearance Use the retained approved sample to review color, finish, liner and visible surface condition. For selected rolls, perform a controlled installation check.

Record and release Create a receiving report with photographs, quantities and disposition. Release accepted stock by batch and keep nonconforming material separate while discussing evidence with the supplier.
