Private-Label Automotive Film Packaging Checklist

Freeze the product first Do not print artwork until film model, roll size and approved sample are confirmed. Packaging printed too early can become unusable.

Define every layer List core marking, bag, end caps, inner label, carton, shipping marks and pallet requirements. Confirm which items have a separate MOQ.

Control claims and artwork Check model, material, thickness, dimensions, finish and warranty wording. Supply vector logos, brand colors, fonts and barcodes. Approve a digital proof and a physical proof when color is important.

Add traceability Leave space for batch or production references. Before shipment, request photos of the roll, label, carton and pallet, then match the final revision to the purchase order.
